Any Old Harry Can Invest In Property

 ‘You’ are all you have. I believe your success is dependent on your philosophy for life. If you don’t believe in yourself, no one else will. One thing I’ve always had is a strong belief in myself, especially when others didn’t.

 If I hadn’t envisioned I could own the amount of properties I do, I wouldn’t. If I hadn’t believed I could earn thousands each month through property I wouldn’t.  Without belief, when things start to get difficult or fall apart it’s easy to give up. I’ve nearly lost plenty of deals just before completion, but in my mind I could see myself picking up the keys and moving tenants in.

If you want 5, 10 or 20 properties you have to believe you can have them now. It may be difficult for you, but you have got to hurdle over any limiting mind-sets. If you believe you can have the life you want, you actually can!

What would you be doing right now if time, money and resources were completely at your disposal? Just think about it now…… Exciting right? Why aren’t you doing these things, a lack of belief maybe?

I decided a long time ago if I only worked on my job, I’d only earn a living. If I worked on myself I could make a fortune. Once I grasped that concept my life changed, I started reading every day, getting up earlier, educated my mind with seminars, courses and surrounding myself with people who inspire me.

Take responsibility for your life; don’t blame your upbringing, the government, your boss, other people and your bank account. I used to do that. If you don’t have the money to invest in property, find someone who does and joint venture with them.  If you hate your job, change it. If you want to have a portfolio of properties educate your mind, read, speak to other investors, network, believe in yourself, and guess what you can achieve it.

I decided I wanted to make money through property, not because I wanted to be a ‘Big shot,’ but because I knew it was my ticket to FREEDOM. To have the live the life I’ve always wanted. So if I decided I didn’t want to work 5 days a week I didn’t have to, if I wanted to quit my job I could, when  children come along I don’t have to feel pressured or guilty at going back to work. I still can’t put a price tag on all those things.

Whatever it is you want, never give up on it. Believe in yourself and trust in the laws on attraction. Anyone can invest in property.
